B. FORM SHOOTING

6. Form shooting with two hands (10 feet from basket)
7. Catch and shoot up to 10 feet from the basket
8. Catch, pivot, and shoot up to 10 feet from the basket
9. Dribble, pivot, and shoot (both hands)
Only move onto the next progression when you are VERY comfortable with each previous skill.
C. FREE THROWS / FLOOR SHOOTING
1. Attempt 25 Free Throws and Record your Makes
2. Center's and Forwards = Make 50 baskets in the paint using the backboard after a post move.
3. Guards = Make 50 baskets from anywhere on the floor (short corner, elbow, etc.)
D. DRAW ALL IN-BOUNDS PLAYS

5. Press Break
